These will be your tasks

We are looking for an experienced performance marketing manager to join Bitwala’s Marketing team. The person in this role will develop, launch and manage performance marketing campaigns for our fast growing web and mobile platforms. This role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

The ideal candidate will have ‘hands-on’ experience across ad platforms and tools, a strong analytical and experimental mindset and a track record of successfully driving user acquisition for a FinTech product or comparable consumer tech product.

Operational responsibility for implementing and managing performance marketing campaigns across different channels, incl. SEM, Paid Social, Display, and native advertising

Manage best in class media planning and buying practices for campaigns across all channels

Build a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution and automation

Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization

Be responsible for implementation, delivery, optimization and reporting of all programmatic activities

Analyze campaign performance KPIs on a regular basis to evaluate the success of campaigns against set goals and benchmarks

Own mobile marketing reporting and support marketing and product teams with app analytics insights

Optimize app store listings and keyword strategies for both Android and iOS (ASO)

Partner with design and product marketing to develop new ad creatives

Budget responsibility for all paid marketing accounts

You're offering these qualifications

3+ years ‘hands-on’ experience in paid performance marketing with a focus on paid acquisition, preferably for a fintech or consumer product

Experience and excellent understanding of analytics, A/B testing and conversion optimization

Experienced with managing marketing budget allocation across multiple channels

Outstanding analytical skills and a desire to use data in creative ways to drive and measure results

Strong empathy for our customers and their lifecycle with innovative ideas on what types of brand messaging fits which audience and when.

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure you meet quality, resources and time constraints

Good skills in handling AdWords Editor, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

Proficiency in launching and optimising programmatic display campaigns through a DSP is a plus

A passion for FinTech, Blockchain and growing the Bitwala brand

Fluent written and spoken German and English
